From clients under a signed agreement:

6. Cold Email Outreach and Third-Party Contact Data
As part of our services, we conduct cold email outreach on behalf of clients. This involves scraping and processing publicly available business contact information (names, business email addresses, job titles, company names) from third-party sources including Apollo.io.
All outreach conducted by Mailbox Lane complies with applicable laws including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
- CASL (Canada)
- Spam Act 2003 (Australia)
- Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand)
- UK PECR and UK GDPR
- UAE Electronic Transactions Law
Every outreach email includes a clear identification of the sender, a physical or business address, and an unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days.
7. Data Retention
- Inquiry and booking data — retained for 12 months from submission, or until you request deletion. Booking data is also held by Cal.com and subject to Cal.com's privacy policy
- Client data — retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, then deleted or anonymized
- Website analytics data — retained per Umami Analytics' default retention settings
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing

10. Cookies
We use Umami Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. No cookie consent banner is shown for analytics.
The embedded Cal.com scheduler sets its own functional cookies that are necessary for booking to work. These are not used for analytics or advertising.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
